ZOE uses machine learning in combination with insights from nutritional research studies to analyze an individual’s unique gut microbiome, blood fat, and blood sugar responses, collected from at home testing kits. These insights are then used to guide customers on how to eat healthily to maximize long term health. ZOE’s research is based on the world’s largest nutritional research study, involving collaboration with scientists from Massachusetts General Hospital, Kings College London, Stanford Medicine and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
